The 2024 MICHELIN Guide Vietnam features a total of 164 food establishments: 7 one MICHELIN Star, 58 Bib Gourmand and 99 MICHELIN Selected venues.

Now that the newest MICHELIN-Starred restaurants in Singapore have been revealed, let's take a look at which dishes wowed our inspectors!

283 locations comprise Singapore's 2024 MICHELIN Guide selection, embracing a multitude of cuisines and dining formats. Four restaurants are newly awarded One MICHELIN Star, bringing the total of MICHELIN Starred restaurants in Singapore to 51. Lastly, the second MICHELIN Green Star in Singapore is awarded this year, emphasising the commitment to sustainability of one new restaurant.

The Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurants for Da Nang - newly covered city this year, the second edition of the MICHELIN Guide in Vietnam - will be unveiled on June 27, when the complete selection of the MICHELIN Guide Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City & Da Nang will be officially released.

11 new establishments are awarded a Bib Gourmand recognition in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2024, making a total of 81 Bib Gourmand addresses in the Lion City.

Restaurant le content is newly awarded the Bib Gourmand and 5 establishments are newly joining the selection. 22 restaurants maintained their MICHELIN Stars for outstanding culinary proposals.

Restaurant Yugen is newly awarded Two MICHELIN Stars, and 17 restaurants are recognised with One MICHELIN Star. The MICHELIN Green Star highlights the sustainable commitment of two new establishment. Two Special Awards are presented: the MICHELIN Mentor Chef and the MICHELIN Service Award.

Bib Gourmand awarded restaurants are adored by their many diners, because these restaurants offer satisfaction beyond what you’d expect for the price. Today, we present a list of eight restaurants that will be joining our Kyoto Osaka Selection.

9 restaurants are newly awarded or promoted to One or Two MICHELIN Stars. A total of 95 restaurants are recognised with MICHELIN Stars: 79 are located in Hong Kong and 16 in Macau. The MICHELIN Green Star recognises the outstanding sustainable commitment of 1 newly awarded restaurant.

A total of 77 food establishments are awarded a Bib Gourmand, with 67 in Hong Kong and 10 in Macau. Out of the 10 new Bib Gourmand entrants (9 new, 1 moved from MICHELIN Selected), 7 are from Hong Kong and 3 are from Macau.

The 2024 MICHELIN Guide Thailand showcases a total of 447 food establishments: 7 two MICHELIN Stars, 28 one MICHELIN Star, 196 Bib Gourmand, and 216 MICHELIN Selected venues.

The list features a total of 196 budget-friendly eateries in Thailand, with 32 New Entries, consisting of 28 brand new additions to the Guide, and 4 moving from the MICHELIN selected category.

127 restaurants compose the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang 2024 selection with over 30 different cuisine types. For the first time, the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang recognises an “Opening of the Year” award. A restaurant is also promoted to One MICHELIN Star, and Malaysia sees its first two-MICHELIN-Starred restaurant this year.

14 new establishments — 5 in Kuala Lumpur and 9 in Penang — are awarded a Bib Gourmand recognition, making a total of 45 Bib Gourmand addresses in the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur and Penang 2024.
