MICHELIN Green Star
Take in lovely water and city views from the top floor of this former warehouse; now a well-known photography museum. The straightforward, largely plant-based menu is supplemented in the evening by either farmed fish or sustainable meat, and the non-alcoholic drinks pairings features their homemade kombucha. They also have an on-site composting system, and the salad comes from their hydroponic farm in the basement.
"We make plants the star of the show, using all of the parts and throwing nothing away. We also practise circular thinking, with a focus on composting, hydroponics, and upcycling; turning potential waste into something useful and often beautiful."
